N&C’s view, RM’s problems
This sector is not very eligible for the RM but we know how to adapt to it to bring out its great wealth. The challenge here is to value the stock of receivables by estimating the collection potential and scoring each batch of receivables. This scoring is a two-way process: the type of debt on the one hand, and the debtor’s profile on the other. All the levers to be addressed allow, on a given history, to prioritize the receivables to optimize the use of resources (Yield) and improve the collection rate.

Some nice RM and Pricing levers were tested by some players. The potential, even if quite low, can be an additional lever in the search for receivables with the highest collection potential.
