It is a purely BtoB sector, like the media. Renting space for trade fairs or shows is very complex due to the great modularity of the stock.
A space hosting several shows at the same time can be modulated over a wide range and complicates the work of the Revenue Manager, both in terms of predicting the unit of space but also in terms of making forecasts for low recurrence. Simple indicators such as occupancy rate can be estimated in several ways depending on the approach taken on the modularity of the stock.
