From Montpellier to Marrakech, the Roussillhotel group offers its customers exceptional locations. What can you tell us about the N&C mission?

Since 2021, N&C has been supporting us in our project to change our PMS. Working alongside a team of experts, this mission was carried out in several stages: an audit phase, an objective needs analysis identifying the limitations of the current PMS, an analysis of the data collected and a return of recommendations based on decision support methods. Thanks to a dual dimension of high added-value strategic recommendations and personalised advice, we were able to identify the right PMS to simplify and optimise our management in the future.
