This session is the logical continuation of the RM Essentials training and aims at toughening you up with the most advanced methods in Revenue Management and go a step further. How to improve your forecast performance and assess its uncertainty at the same time? How to optimize your inventory in a global way with the bid price? How to finely assess your performance to identify the potential revenue gains?

Using examples and situation simulation exercises, you will learn how to use the most adavanced techniques in Revenue Management and where to find the remaining sources of revenue.

« Tailor-made » is the keyword for this training. Within 4 half days, we will focus on how to support your needs and specific issues but you will be the one implementing. We will deal with RM and Pricing business competences as well as relationship skills every good Revenue Manager must have: power of persuasion, communication skills and negociation skills.
